Voter Roll System (ERIC) Does Not Clean Up Voter Rolls

The voter roll system known as ERIC (Electronic Registration Information Center) does not clean up the voter rolls, rather it covers up fraud. ERIC works with a number of states it claims to work with states and help clean up voter rolls.
