Louisville- This cute little town is located just outside of Boulder. Check out Main Street to be transported back in time.


Busaba Thai- Located in a strip mall on McCaslin Blvd. this is some of the best Thai food in all of Colorado.


Bob’s Diner- Located on Main Street this place serves American and Mexican food for breakfast and lunch. The Reuben was a 10!


LuLu’s BBQ- Texas Hill Country Pit smoked BBQ. Great sides and drinks as well. They are right in the heart of Louisville and have a great patio.


Verde- This is the second location of this Sonoran style restaurant. The first is in Boulder. Great tacos and burritos. Their chips are so good that they are now sold at King Soopers.


Waterloo- American food with a Texas flair. It has two stories with a rooftop deck. Look for them to return to live music in the near future.
