Vickie is married to the current County Sheriff who spent over 3 decades in law enforcement; 2 of her 3 children also serve in law enforcement. Vickie herself spent over 20 years as a Juvenile Probation Officer before retiring and coming to volunteer at Klamath Falls Gospel Mission. Vickie credits the Lord Jesus for guiding she and her family through life in law enforcement.
Her extensive experience working with families in crisis and addictions allowed her to "jump right in" at the Mission.
Experience with administration, grants and boards led Vickie to aide KF Gospel Mission by temporarily filling the role of Executive Director.
Experience listening to the Holy Spirit is what keeps Vickie serving in this capacity, trusting God every day for the Mission ahead of her
