Rev. Dr. Douglas Howe has had quite an untraditional run as a business owner, non-profit executive, author, speaker, and Executive Coach. Most of Doug’s work comes at the intersection of work, faith, and life balance. Some people say “life balance” is a myth, others say there’s an ideal #, such sas 60-40, 30-70. Doug believes in about 85-65, which we’ll ask him to explain.

He and his wife Denise live in Cincinnati, Ohio, and after raising four kids who are now through college and off the payroll, he leads a business and a couple ministries and lookin’ for what he and Denise will tackle next. Insignia Ministries reaches over 1000 men and families in the United States, and the Howe Team consulting group has a regional and national presence. Doug’s anecdotal highlights include breakfast and bible study with 3 Presidents, completing the NY Marathon, election to the City of Burbank Athletic Walk of Fame, and coaching his daughter’s travel team to a few championships.
