Janis Jakino, a proud native New Mexican raised in Farmington, Councilor Jakino has made it her full-time job to serve the citizens of this great city. In 2018, she successfully ran for Farmington City Council District 4 and quickly built a reputation as a dedicated and effective municipal leader, voting for initiatives that strengthen the city and improve the quality of life for residents.
