A panel of judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit overturned a lower court decision and struck down West Virginia’s Save Women’s Sports Act, a law that keeps scholastic sports in the state separated by biological sex.
Dr. Chaps reports that a State law in NC forbids that, which Planet Fitness encourages. A man was arrested after he allegedly stripped naked in the women's locker room at a Planet Fitness gym in North Carolina and refused to leave, even though a child was likely present.
Lastly, we interview a new friend of the program, Gene Steiner. As an intercestor and minister of Jesus, Gene is called to stand in the gap and petition God for others.
