Mike Lindell Will Fight to Protect Rights

Mike Lindell is ready for a fight and he’s bringing it to the FBI’s doorstep. After being cornered by the FBI and having his cell phone confiscated, Lindell will be suing the FBI and the Federal Government. He met with attorneys including Alan Dershowwiz to discuss the raid and capture of his cell phone. Together, they determined that the FBI’s actions clearly violated Mike Lindell’s 1st, 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendment rights.

Crash Refresher Course

First of all, let’s do a crash course on the amendments that were violated. Everyone probably has the First Amendment memorized at this point. It protects freedom of speech; spoken and written. It also protects religious beliefs and people’s right to petition the government. However, people might not be as familiar with the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments.

The 4th Amendment

According to Constitution Annotated, the Fourth Amendment addresses “the right of the people to secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.” The amendment continues that this shall not be violated and no warrant shall be issued unless probable cause exists.

The 5th Amendment

States that “no person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand jury.” It also addresses the right to due process and protection from self-incrimination.

The 6th Amendment

Addresses the right to a speedy and public trial and be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation. In addition, it talks about having the assistance of counsel in defense and the right to know witnesses against him.

We don’t have the details yet on the case that Mike’s team will make. However, some of it is pretty obvious. The raid the FBI made when pulling over Mike Lindell in that Hardee’s Drive-Thru had a darker purpose. To be seen as a threat!

Weaponizing the FBI

These violations of Mike Lindell’s rights have been made because the Biden Administration is weaponizing the FBI against dissidents. Apparently, it is to silence anyone supporting Donald Trump and in particular those that question election integrity. The most prominent example of their abuse is the raid at Mar-a-Lago. There was no justification to do an entire raid of Donald Trump’s estate. Yet, they did it. It’s not just to seize information they think they need, it's to intimidate and silence people. If they think that is going to work with Mike Lindell, then they haven’t been paying attention.

Question the election like Tina Peters, you get charged with a federal crime and raided. Fail to answer the door in 40 seconds like Sherronna Bishop, the FBI kicks down your door and drags your family out of the house. This isn’t stopping anytime soon either. Just recently, one of Lindell’s associates Douglas Frank was cornered by the FBI and forced to hand over his cell phone as well. It’s time to put a stop to this

Help Mike in This Fight

Mike Lindell wants to “melt down all the voting machines and turn them into bars.” He’s been transparent and open about this from the beginning. The FBI simply has to go to FrankSpeech.com or watch Lindell TV and they will have everything they’d want to know! The United States Constitution gives him the right to say and pursue his beliefs. This exercise to intimidate simply adds to his resolve.
