DeSantis Sends Police To Remove Woke Soros Prosecutor From Office For Failing To Enforce Laws

Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) states that he is suspending liberal State Attorney Andrew Warren “effective immediately.”

The suspension is due to Attorney Andrew Warren refusing to uphold the state’s laws.

“State Attorneys have a duty to prosecute crimes as defined in Florida law, not to pick and choose which laws to enforce based on his personal agenda,” DeSantis said.

“It is my duty to hold Florida’s elected officials to the highest standards for the people of Florida,” DeSantis added.

I have the utmost trust that Judge Lopez will lead the office through this transition and faithfully uphold the rule of law,” DeSantis continued.

As stated in the Constitution of the State of Florida, DeSantis has the right to suspend and appoint a State Attorney for the time of the suspension.

Governor DeSantis has chosen Judge Susan Lopez to serve.

Judge Susan Lopez has been serving as a state attorney of the 13th Judicial Circuit.
