State of the States - Iowa

Representatives from Iowa talked about issues they found with the last primary election. The ID network had issues, some counties manually checked the ID of voters while others did not check at all. Also, a flash drive was used to update the voter roles but the districts were not even updated until after the primaries. 

Some counties had over 100% turnout which is unheard of.
