It seems like before a clerk (or Election Authority) even looks at this Hand Count Process, the first words of objection are something like, "I can't get enough election judges now, how am I going to get more to count the ballots?"
Who is responsible for finding and submitting names of election judges? Have we developed a sense in our country that as long as we vote, we have completed our civic duty in the election? Is there supposed to be more to do?
