Iran Nuclear Talks Continue in the “Hallway”

While Iran has turned off the cameras within their nuclear facility, negotiations regarding a nuclear agreement with them continue. In a twist it seems that negotioans are not taking place formally. Representatives from all parties concerned seem to gather in the hallway of the negotiation facility. It is there that it seems all talks are being carried out. All of this is happening in Qutar. Formerly, talks were conducted in Europe. Qutar is acting as a middleman as money is being given to the Taliban from the U.S. Qutar is under full control of the Islamic State.
