Voting Machines Had Remote-Access Software

The ES&S, makers of voting machines, had telex modems in them. These use cell towers to connect to the internet. Dr. Doug Frank joins Brannon Howse to talk about the voting machines that are able to connect to the internet. Dr. Frank has devices that can read if a machine is online and what bandwidth.

When he ran this device near the voting machines they showed that they were pinging cell towers. He believes that there are a lot of these machines that are connected to the internet across the country.
