Brannon Howse: Well, in our final moments tonight, I want to share with you something very fascinating. I think you'll, you're not going to enjoy it, but I think you're going to go, Oh, my. I've been telling you for many weeks about the document put out by Henry Kissinger and some of the national security folks in 1974. I have been promising you I would bring you a PowerPoint presentation. I did that today on my radio show between 1 and 2 p.m. Central Time right here, and on the 60 radio stations that carry me. That full hour will be online tonight, late tonight at WVWTV.com.
Tomorrow I'll go into another whole hour because this is a rather thick document. Let me share with you, though, something I think you'll find fascinating in the final 17 minutes here. Let me give you a 17-minute crash course. Right now, we're talking a lot about population control, aren't we? Or we're hearing about depopulation. Bill Gates said that his vaccines could deal with the population crisis. The population problem. We're hearing talks about eugenics. We're hearing, talks about expanding abortion. Now, 19 states in America have active euthanasia, and active abortion to the point of outside the womb infanticide. California, as we mentioned a while ago, is looking at a piece of legislation right now that will, legal experts say, allow for a baby to be born and then killed several hours and several days after it is born.
Brannon Howse: Just as the governor of Virginia was talking a few years ago. The baby is born. We wrap it, and then the mother and the doctor decide what to do. Well, why not a couple of days if you're going to give a couple of hours? Experts are saying that bill pending in California now could allow for a baby to be killed several days after it's born. Well, this is all part of many things, including population control. Planned Parenthood or planned family planning or concerns about consumption or that which is sustainable. We hear a lot of talk about sustainable development or Agenda 21 from the Earth Summit in Rio in 92, now known as Agenda 2030 from the United Nations.
But here was Henry Kissinger and his team in 1974 writing a document that was classified until 1989. Most Americans have never heard of it. It was classified until 1989. And what is he talking about? The United Nations. There is the talk of population control or de-population. There's the talk of environmentalism, concern about climate crises, and climate emergencies. Sound familiar to today? This is from 1974. There's talk of a food crisis and there's talk of food riots. Three times in this document. There's the talk of food riots. There's the talk of fertilizers and the cost of fertilizers and the shortages of fertilizers.
Brannon Howse: Sound familiar today, as we are here in April of 2022? Farmers in America and around the world are experiencing a shortage in fertilizer, some of it due to the cost, and the inability to afford it. Of course, fertilizer also comes with petroleum products, right? What's happening with petroleum fuel prices? There's the talk in this document about sterilization. Well, we hear talk now of people who've got the COVID shot and what has happened. They're concerned now that they're not going to be able to get pregnant. There are medical doctors warning that if you're of childbearing age and you want to have children, don't take this COVID shot. We know of medical doctors warning about this publicly and openly.
Some are warning of it privately because they're concerned about the ramifications for their career. Well, this document talks about sterilization, in 1974, in Henry Kissinger Report. It talks about the expansion, as I said, of abortion globally. Well, what is the world population right now? Here I got today from the United States census, it puts the world population at just under 7.9 billion. We're almost at 7.9 billion. I want you to remember that number because it's going to come up in the next few minutes. Here's an article about my friend, the late Phyllis Schlafly, but she wrote it on November 30th, 2011. United Nations Mischief from Durban to Rio, meaning the Earth Summit in Rio.
Brannon Howse: And she says, look, advocates of Agenda 21, that's the Earth Summit in Rio. George H. Bush, Mr. New World Order himself, used the term before Congress and at his desk in the Oval Office to the nation speaking new world order. His term, not mine. But George H. Bush signed us into Agenda 21 at that Earth Summit in Rio with the United Nations. And Maurice Strong and Phyllis Schlafly correctly noted that advocates of Agenda 21 believe the Earth is overcrowded. They demand an 85% reduction in the human population. Well, here is that document I've been holding up and talking to you about from 1974, declassified in July of 1989.
You'll notice they talk about population and world food supplies, U.S. global population strategy, and active action to create conditions for fertility decline. It goes on to talk about a Food for Peace program and population. We're going to use food as a way to force countries into sterilization and abortion on demand and in brainwashing their people to murder their own babies or get sterilized. Oh, it's in here. You can read it. Provision and development of family planning services, information, and technology research to improve fertility control. Technology? And then, look at the utilization of mass media and satellite communication systems for family planning. In other words, we're going to use propaganda. We talk a lot today about fake news and propaganda and brainwashing.
Brannon Howse: In 1974, the Kissinger report is saying this is a national security problem for us in America and our partners around the world. And we need to be willing to use propaganda and the satellite and the media to get out our message is about population control and abortion on demand, we'll just call it family planning, and our concerns about consumption sustainability. Nice words, but masking terms for the murdering of children. In addition, in some overpopulated regions, rapid population growth presses a fragile environment in ways that threaten long-term food production. Well, again, here we have a 1974 report.
Now we have a food crisis that Biden says is definitely coming. Well, it's manufactured. They can point back and say, Well, we tried warning you that in 1974, folks. They will increasingly find it difficult to pay for needed raw materials and energy. Fertilizers vital to their own agricultural production will be difficult to obtain. This is talking about these low-income developing countries, countries that are third world countries. They use the phrase LDCs. This is really referring to third-world countries. They're down the chain on their development, they are lower down in their infrastructure, their economies. They're basically third-world countries, and it refers to them under the acronym of LDCs. Listen to this here. What are the stakes? We do not know whether technological developments will make it possible to feed over 8 million, much less 12 billion people.
Brannon Howse: Wait a minute. In 1974, they're saying, Hey, we're not sure we can feed over 8 billion much less 12 billion. What did I say was the current population of the world today based on that screenshot I took this morning? Almost 7.9 billion folks. You wonder why the global elite is freaking out. Their own report from 1974 says they're about to reach the breaking point of what they think they can do to feed people, 8 billion. That's going to be a challenge, but certainly not 12 billion.
We do not know whether technological developments will make it possible to feed over 8 billion much less 12 billion in the 21st century. We cannot be entirely certain that climatic changes in the coming decades will not create great difficulties in feeding a growing population. So, they go on to say there exists at least the possibility that the present development point toward Malthusianism conditions for many regions of the world, there exists at least the possibility. What does this mean, Malthusianism? This is a guy a long time ago who basically said the earth can only sustain maybe a billion people or whatever his figure was. It's pretty low. And there are resources that they say are so limited that they can only sustain a very limited population size.
Brannon Howse: And now we're going to exceed that. And so, the power elite is saying now we've got to decide who can live and who can die. Who will die, who will be forced sterilized, who will be allowed to procreate, and who will not be allowed to procreate? John Holdren, who was Obama's science czar. He wrote some books and he also wrote books with the Ehrlichs. And you know what the Ehrlichs were writing about? They were writing about sterilization, actually putting the sterilization in the food and the water.
And the government would decide who gets the antidote in order to procreate. Yeah, that's exactly what was in their books. I showed it on my radio show and my TV show today. Here we go. This is The Population Bomb by the Ehrlich. The first task is population control at home. How do we go about it? One plan often mentions the addition of temporary stimulants to water supplies or staple foods. Doses of the antidotes will be carefully rationed by the government to produce the desired population size. That's the book The Population Bomb, By Paul Ehrlich.
Brannon Howse: The Ehrlichs went on to write a book with John Holdren called Ecoscience. Who wrote it? John Holdren. What did he become? Obama's science czar? And what did they write? Under the U.S. Constitution, they think they can force you to have an abortion. It has included compulsory population-control laws. Even including laws requiring compulsory abortion could be sustained under the existing constitution if the population crisis becomes sufficiently severe to endanger society. If some individuals contribute to the general social deterioration of overproducing children and if the need is compelling, they can be required by law to exercise reproductive responsibility. This is what they wrote in the book with the Ehrlich's John Holdren.
Then John Holdren becomes Obama's science czar. Don't tell me these people aren't in key places. Don't tell me these things can't happen because they can. And some of this is rooted as far back as 1974. But remember, they're going on this idea that the world can only sustain a certain size of the population, and then after that, there are not enough resources. So, we have to decide. We're the elite, we're the gods of this world who will decide who lives and who dies, who has children, and who does not. And we can even force you into abortions or force you to kill your baby after it's born or active. Euthanasia.
Brannon Howse: The rationing of health care. We're seeing assisted suicide, doctor-assisted suicide. The right to die has now become the duty to die. It's the old lifeboat scenario that many kids learned in the seventies and the eighties. There are five people in the lifeboat. Rationing for four. Who do you throw overboard? Who is the more valuable human resource? So, I go back to that clock, 7.9 is what we're almost at. And they were saying, wait a minute, we can't we're not sure it's going to be possible to feed 8 billion, much less 12 billion. Well, now we're at that 8 billion figure. We're up on the back door of it right now.
The elite apparently is freaking out. And it's time for a great reset. It's time for COVID death shots. It's time to destroy people's immune systems with enough shots and boosters that eventually they'll die off. We're now seeing reports of women having miscarriages who've had the shot. You're going to, I believe, start seeing increased reports of infertility. Well, look at this. It calls for actions to keep the ultimate level as close as possible to 8 billion, rather than permitting it to reach 10 billion or 13 billion or more. Then they talk about pushing a two-child family, a two-child policy. Wow. They wanted to do that by the year 2000. Well, they're a little off. But that's what they're calling for in 1974, our own government.
Brannon Howse: They're going to work with the United Nations to do this, to push this. Then they talk about the development of a worldwide political and popular commitment to population stabilization as a fundamental effective strategy. This will only take place if they clearly these nations, these lower-income nations, third world countries, that we are going to inflict our tyranny on unless they see the negative impact of unrestricted population growth and believe it is possible to deal with this question through government action. They're going to force it on people. We're going to scroll through some of this real quick. Here we go. What are their goals to support such family planning?
That's abortion on demand and related development assistance efforts that there is a need to increase public leadership information in this field. We recommend increased emphasis on mass media, newer communications technology, and other population education. So, we're going to brainwash people that, Hey, we're in a crisis. This is a world crisis. We have the implications of worldwide population growth. It's a national security crisis for America. They're saying, We're going to get our partners to help us, and they're going to start targeting the third-world countries. Many of them, by the way, is made up of poor, uneducated minorities. Well, no shocker there, because Planned Parenthood was started by Margaret Sanger, an avowed racist who believed that people of color were weeds. Do you know what this report goes on to say? That we need a Congress to fund a lot of this.
Brannon Howse: So, we're going to use the money of the taxpaying Americans to fund the killing of babies. Well, there's an alternative view which holds that a growing number of experts believe that the population situation is already more serious and less amenable to solution through voluntary measures. Wait a minute. We can't do it by voluntary measures anymore. No, they're going to force it. This includes, for example, our own consumption patterns, mandatory programs, and tight control of our food resources. Does anybody think that that's maybe what we're doing here, folks? They've created a catastrophe and they're going to use food to control people.
They even talk about using food in this report. To brainwash and blackmail. To blackmail Third World countries, we will help you with agriculture and funding, but you've got to agree to abortion programs and abortion on demand. If present fertility rates were to remain constant, the 1974 population of 3.9 billion would increase to 7.8 billion by the year 2000. Well, look at that. Clearly, abortion on demand was done all over the globe, and the funding. Because, if the rates had been allowed to go in 1974 at 3.9 billion by the year 2000, we would have been at 7.8 billion. What are we at right now?
Brannon Howse: We're just right at what? Let's go back to the clock. We're just right at 7.89 billion right now. So clearly, if they had just let the clock run we would have been at that 7.8 billion number in the year 2000, which proves that their funding of global abortion has eliminated billions. Well, there's the music. Maybe tomorrow night I can share with you more. But they talked three times about food riots. Food riots three times. And then they talk about being very careful to make sure that the U.S. government doesn't make this look like we're forcing it on those third-world countries.
And we let a lot of the third world leaders take the lead on this, particularly the United Nations, so we can stand in the back. Oh, you look at what's happening in the world with population control and food crisis and fertilizer crisis and sterilization, expansion of abortion, active euthanasia, radical environmentalism, the UN world government. And by the way, I can prove to you from the New York Post, look at this real quick. New York Post, where did Klaus Schwab, who mentored him? The New York Post said, Klaus Schwab, mentored by Henry Kissinger. Who did what? Wrote this report. Where are you going to hear this, folks? Hope you'll support the broadcast because you're not going to get this just about anywhere else, are you?
