If you wanna walk the walk, you gotta talk the talk.  In this case, "walk the walk" means get a job, and "talk the talk" means...what it sounds like.  Talk yourself up.  It's called schmoozing, and it's an art as ancient as humanity itself.  That's why Cody wrote Schmooze: What They Should Teach at Harvard Business School, which could be seen as the diplomatic partner to Sun Tsu's The Art of War.  Okay, maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration, but it really is an important skill.  Without it, this podcast never would have existed.  What a horrifying thought.
